Stay off of ebay for no name hids. If you want inexpensive good hids stay with ddmtuning or vvme. I find the vvme has better shipping time but the are about the same price. And for 2 bulbs its like 12 bucks
I checked vvme and it was a crazy amount for shipping to me.. Like $16 iirc
