The only thing a leveling kit would do is bring the ass up a bit. The front is as tall as it can be without a lift. I just bought a set of ford keys but there's not really a reason to put them in because it won't achieve anything more.

Oh yeah I forgot you put that pic of your front end up. I don't understand how tho unless your truck had keys already when you bought it and you didn't know. My stock keys were maxed when I bought my truck, it wasn't high at all and I got another ~2.5-3" with my RC keys

figure this, gas is around 9lbs a gallon, you have a 26ish gallon tank.
