ITGuy's 2003 Sierra 1500/2500 4x4 RCLB Build Thread

I'll check them out. I'm probably headed for 35" territory though on the tires + lift to fit them.
Very close to pulling the trigger on lift. Just waiting on funding. I have a buyer for my motorcycle.
Shipping it to Iceland! :yarly: Working out the details this week.

I'll probably build another one over the winter, but that is for a different forum ;)

Rims.

I'll come back to this post like I did the first time around, but this time the choices are pretty good. Can't really go wrong with any of the suggestions here. I'd be willing to take a look at some nice polished / cleared rims too. They will not be run in the winter if i can help it.

I am looking at running 35" tires, as I mentioned before. Still leaning towards some big General Grabbers w/ Red lettering.

Great choices, hostages are a bit played out but you can't really go wrong with any if them. Methods if you want a machined look, gears if you are going the polished route would be my vote.

Yeah this is first time I have used it. It sticks to everything.. Rust, Metal, that gm undercoating, wood, concrete, my shorts, sneakers, hands, baseball cap lol. After reading about it online I had to get a couple of gallons.

It should be cured this evening. I was hoping I didn't topcoat too early. Probably around 18-20hrs before topcoat.

Ready to add lower bumper.

Had to remove foglights, as I forgot to mod lower bumper because it hits the frame :pissed: This thing is a bitch with one person.
I'll remove it and try again. :bleh:

Closer. Another spacer and a washer should do the trick. I will need to remove the black 'cap' in the center of the lower bumper. It's in the way. Not using HD grill yet, still need to dremel it.

Also need some stainless nuts & bolts for fog light mounts. Will pick them up after work so I can re-install them.
