New holes needed for outer brackets. On my way to get more stainless nuts and bolts.

I'll take a look? I still want a small gap below grill to keep all my gap spacing relatively uniform.
I don't want the grill eating into the bumper, I think it looks odd. Might just be me. I've seen that on a few trucks.
To each his own I suppose.

I did flip them around and try the fitment, but it didn't look like it was going to work.
I'll take another look tonight before drilling them, but drilling is no big deal. Just 10mm bolts, lock washers and nuts.

Yeah I have to measure but it looks like 3.5" or so. I should probably post the exact details in the 'mount section' of this thread with the bolt sizes. Someone may make use of this info. Take some of the guesswork out.

Finishing up drilling / mounting the brackets. I'll touch up the paint I roughed up just under it.

Using dremel to cut off the bottom of the 2500HD grill. Doing it in sections so it's flush with the 'chrome' edge.

Finished up in the rain. Checking over the lines and making sure they are straight.

I'll install the fog lights his weekend. Pretty happy to take it for a quick spin after 3 weeks in the driveway.
It will be good to move on to the next part of the build.
