ITGuy's 2003 Sierra 1500/2500 4x4 RCLB Build Thread

Looks great man, just like mine. I welded the lip underneath and it's solid as a rock, just added a little mud to fill in underneath where it was welded and i couldn't grind and fill all the holes perfect.
 
Dug my mig out and looked around for some thin sheet metal. (before I bought some steel)
This unlucky garden tool was nearby :hahaha:

I'll only need a few welds to hold everything in place. Don't want to blow through.

removed windows, handles, panels, mirrors and a few other things.

It will probably leave 4 holes. My snowmobile ripped mine off this winter so I figured out my tailgate has them
