Pretty sure you're right, just haven't got to look at it yet. I know I can push on the boot and hear the air come out of it.

Yep, done. Good thing is you can buy boots and replace it but it's mess AF. Depending on how many miles on the truck, and the price of the shaft, I would consider just replacing the entire shaft.

All 4 of my boots are ripped. Found out when I did the front. Lol. Will replace both shafts when money allows it

Once I see how bad it is I might pump it full of grease and try to silicone it shut, just have to find the tear.

Yeah, boots run $15-$30 and shafts usually $50-$100+. If any more than 55K on them(which most of our trucks have) I'd just bite the bullet and replace the shafts :imo:

I did shafts on my truck not long ago, piece of cake. I think they ran me like 180 for both brand new lifetime warranty from Oriellys

Idk how they wont. Lol. Once I bent the tabs out I put in the wheel. Put painters tape to hold it an ran silicone around an let dry over night. So far so good
