I swapped one that was on a total truck at our lot but it didn't fix it, looks like I will be going new
Got the truck back from the paint shop today. Rust under back window fixed, 
sides where old moldings ripped paint off repainted, 
hood repainted, 
and rear bumper plastics painted 
now I just need to order a front smoothie bumper, moar low, and moar 96 impala SS wheels mounted

Did this for the past couple days and it seems to be working fine. I'll probably leave them off until Caitlin bitches at me to put them back on.
