Static NBS Thread 99-07c

I think Brandon said it well when he said most people on forums tend to all jump on the same shit, and when it isn't as expected, they are too worried about speaking out and admitting they spent money on something not up to par.

Also, cant believe we totally spaced on those bumpstops dude

whats the best set up to achieve 7" drop up front, im already 6 right now which is 3'' springs cut one more inch and spindles, and rear im at 9.5 right now but will remove 1.25'' block and add 3'' blocks which will bottom out belltech sp shocks, whats the next bad ass shock to use on rear?

Hmm you could cut spring for another inch or get djm uppers and 4" lowers with stock coils cut 1"..obviously the fist way would be a lot cheaper and probably wouldnt ride too bad, not sure I would spend the extra $$ when you can just cut the coils a little..as for shocks you will probably want foxes or qa1s imo I don't really know if any other aftermarket shocks are gonna work being that low

for 7 inch drops on the 99-07 customers trucks i use

BELLTECH SPINDLES
DJM 5 INCH FROTN UPPER/LOWER ARMS

aligns and rides great

As far as the rear goes just make custom shock mounts that are longer and run same shocks, and I would think you could do the sane up front somehow unless I'm wrong in my thinking of getting an .5" top and bottom which means 1" overall.. I don't really know though it works for the rear.

thanks guys, and Dakota your right why waste for money and just cut another inch, think itll work on 24's though and obviously im gonna tub up front

I mean yea if you had the extra money to blow by all means do it that way but if not cutting the coils would be the next best route imo

Also BT make 6" drop shocks for the front so I don't see why running them at 7" would hurt..
