RCSB Derpamax Build

Seriously. The bed ruins the truck for me, and it bugs me that there are only flares on the front because of it

Good thing its not your truck then :shake:

I found a fleetside bed if I decide I dont like the QS but I don't think it looks bad at all especially with bigger wheels and tires.

I want to see it all tied up before I pass judgement but I do like the idea of prerunner type front to make them match that's only thing that bugs me is they do t match and its to small to be a rcsb dually, know what I mean but truck looks amazing. Need to paint that gmc emblem though and get a Allison or Duramax emblem for door IMO good job cornhole...

Wasnt trying to be a dick, but the rest of the truck is perfect and I think the bed will be the only thing holding it back.

I know. I just got too good of a deal on it to pass up.... plus with it as DD duty and winter truck duty the plastic fenders were attractive to me because they won't rust out like fleetside beds do on the top of the fender.

Maybe run a fleetside in the summer and the QS in the winter. lol

X3 on prerunner-ish front fenders!

I'll agree that qs bed is obviously worse than fleetside.. But it's not bad really. It's different. Nice work so far cornfucker

Now if you ran QS in the winter and fleet during summer I would say that's reasonable and would be tits for a winter setup cause it makes sense....

Matt, you ever tried to take those projectors out of the clear denalis? I had a set of those I was going to retro but couldn't get the projectors out for anything. Didn't want to start cutting on them and screw something up so I just sold them.

"Time to put my winter tires and bed on" lol. Prerunner front end would match that up nicely.

Never tried to heat them with the oven, just a hair dryer and they wouldn't budge. If I had more time to mess with them I'm sure I could have got it. Just got pissed at them and said fuck it.

I've always done them in the oven... 250 degrees for 15 minutes then they pop right off. A hair dryer won't get them hot enough

Got to work on the truck a little bit today. Put the Bilstein 5100's up front, the MAF came in that I lost. I dug out the exhaust so it can get welded up. Put the interior back in for now until I find seats and a couple other little things

It's getting there

Needs moar level and new shoes and it'll be even more tittays

Will be level with a toolbox and all my work shit and 900 pounds of fuel in the tank I'm putting back there lol.

I'm trying to get the Welds for the CC before I decide on ordering gear 726's for the RC or keep the BMFs I have on the CC and put those on the RC.

Why in the hell did you not have that piece in between the grille and bumper painted? Or do you plan to move bumper up??

u find a way to run tow hooks with it raised?

I'm still iffy of the QS box. Looking like the truck is in peacock mode all puffed up
