My 95 OBS

I vote chrome/polished/machined, looks way better than black IMO. And my vote for tarz would be the Toyos or some Nittos. Just speaking from my friends experiences, Cooper tires never wear good.
 
Budd said it best and it's a statement I stand by: "Black wheels are as cool as a bone at a swing meet."

Plus they just look cheap to me :imo:
 
^True, forgot about those. There are a select few wheels that are ok in black, the key is the black needs to be gloss and the wheel needs some machined accent pieces to give it some definition
 
Well I have a big update!

Finally pulled the trigger and ordered a crate motor exact replacement along with a list of parts from Rockauto.

Decided to go with a crate motor out of time crunch (yeah i know why not sooner?) Gotta get it fixed before January so i can make the 12-13 hour drive to Pensacola FL, to help out my sister for a while. Still going to keep the ole 350 out of it for possible rebuild or if all else ill make me a engine table (yeah i know a boring old 350 table is generic but its got a meaning rather then just a random one)

All new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, thermostat, water pump, intake manifold gaskets, exhaust manifold gaskets, TB Gasket, fuel filter, pcv valve, egr valve (rather delete the whole thing but would need tune iirc so it doesn't throw a chk engine light code), and a multi-function switch (hopefully to fix my hazard light problem.)

Also ordered couple magnaflow mufflers

MagnaFlow XL 3 Chamber Mufflers
2.5 in 2.5 out thinking about having it dumped after axle (maybe just turndowns or rolled tips dumped)

i had bought a heavy duty headlight harness with the 4 hi mod from a guy on another forum (has great reviews from other members, supposed to draw more light and take the power directly from the battery rather then the headlight switch itself.)

Will update with pics . once the packages start rolling in.

MOTOR IS IN AND ALL PARTS ARE HERE!!!

Probably wont start the work til next week, possible next weekend due to helping my sister move this weekend and weather.
