Haha just saying it is by no means as smooth as a car. If you rev out 2nd, it does not want to go into third easily at all.
 
Alright, hate to do it but I'm pulling the tint when I go home next week.

Got pulled over earlier for it. I didn't get a ticket, I used my dad's retired status to get out of it this time.

What's the best method to remove it? Just get a part peeled up and start tearing?

Also, is IPA (rubbing alcohol) sufficient to get the adhesive off the windows?
 
Ive seen videos of people using a steamer and getting all the tint off, what seemed to be easily, in almost one solid sheet.

I fear the day I get pulled over for tint and potentially have to peel my windshield...
 
Where's you get stopped for it? I've been thinking about getting tint but don't wanna have to pull it if I get stopped

I figure between alcohol and carb/brake cleaner it'll come off.

I got stopped on long island, that's where I am for school.

Bill, just get like 50% on the fronts like ginger has. It doesn't look tinted compared to the factory back glass.
 
Yeah, mine are 18 supposedly, weird number but whatever. I figure I'll have it redone after college. No sense in getting hassled all the time imo.
