ITGuy's 2003 Sierra 1500/2500 4x4 RCLB Build Thread

I have TB tool :) I was going to ship it to Marc 6 months ago when I was finished with it, but it cost 2x the value of it to ship.

Progress pics. Cleaning up garage bay and prepping truck.
Already removed bed & tailgate.

Getting ready to put the truck on jack stands.

It's only 30 days? I thought it was a year? That's what macco told my gf and I figured that would be the same for my truck since I got some panels repainted

Not a lot of progress. Had to go into the office for a bit.

Got it up on Jack stands. Unloaded torsion keys. Unbolted T-bar crossmember.
Removed lugs on rims. I have everything soaking in a penetrant now.
re-sprayed the keys and where the torsion bars plug into the control arm.

Hoping it will all come loose without too much trouble tomorrow.

If I ever do a full blown build on a lifted truck, it will definitely have a powdered frame and lift along with plenty of chrome.

I don't know what a PC frame here would be. I plan on painting it though.
I don't want to tear this thing completely down just for a PC.. a lot of hidden cost there.

I'm going back out in a few minutes to hammer on the front of the torsion bars and see if they pop out.
