Dean's '11 Crew Cab Budget Build

Decided to pull the overlays on my center caps. I'll probably run like this for a while to see how I like it.

Probably gonna get some wheel spacers in the next few weeks. I'll probably go with these.

I need some input real quick. I've got a little bit of extra cash to throw to a small mod, but don't know what to go with. Either 2" wheel spacers, Airaid MIT, or bilsteins for the rear. What should I get?

Well as some of you know, I finally landed some good wheels today. $500 for wheels, sensors, and dueler h/t at 50% tread. One center cap us missing, but it is already ordered and should be here early in the week. They had some mud on them and the truck was covered in salt, but I couldn't resist putting them on. Didn't bother with many pics since its so dirty.

Later this week I'm going to get the pirelli scorpions put on and flip the duelers. The only thing I've noticed is that the wheels do have some fine scratches like deep swirl marks in them, but I need to clean them before I'll know any more on condition.

On that note, can these wheels be polished any? Are they a clear coated wheel?

I'll see if I can find pics tomorrow, I bought rims and tires and sensors like this for 300 bucks but they needed some bad polishing they have a clear coat on them I'm pretty sure. I used turtle wax scratch remover and spend like an hour per rim but they turned out really nice.

Sprayed the truck off to get some better pics with the new wheels.

Next Monday I'm getting the pirelli scorpion atr's put on to beef up the look some, and as soon as more funds free up I'll be ordering some 2" wheel spacers.

Quick update. Got the pirelli scorpions put on yesterday after work. Glad I did because one of the old tires was full of sand/dirt/dust. :fulloffuck:

Anyways, I decided to take some measurements since everything has had time to settle out and I have slightly larger tires now. Front is 38.5" and rear is around 39.5". I think I'm going to get these to gain some more up front for now, then eventually do bilstiens all the way around.

After that I plan on grabbing some wheel spacers, 1.5" front 2" rear, to get some stance and even out the track width.

Also been thinking more about getting some tows to put on, but I don't know if it'll be tall/wide enough to pull them off or not.

You guys have any other suggestions? (Besides removing the steps)

Finally got the truck cleaned up really good. Went on and put some of the scg sealant on the front clip and doors. Didn't have time to do the bed. Went out for a mini-shoot at two of my favorite spots. Here are some of the better ones. All unedited.

Currently working out a deal with a guy on gmfs on my belltech stuff from the drop, so I'll have funds for spacers soon. He also has a .5 upper strut spacer he's throwing in, so that'll be off the list too.
