waste of money. a tube and drop in filter is plenty, but u prolly wont be paying for it.
No this is my Christmas present lol. Puttin one on my truck and my moms escalade. I just like a full system. I don't like parting things together. I like all one brand.

Stock air box, airaid tube, watever brand filter.. It would just bother me. Rather get one brand everything.

If you're not paying for it, go with the Cold Air Inductions CAI. It's a closed box, only one on the market that is insulated, and Blackbear sells it. It's the 2nd best option next to the Airaid MIT and drop-in filter. The rest are trash.

Sniper, I had looked at that one before. I just didn't wanna pay the 400.. The shop that tuned my truck said to send them a link to the cheapest price of the intake I wanted and he would see if he could beat it. Regardless if I'm getting it for Christmas or Payin for it myself I still wanna find the best deal.

The best intake option is the airaid mit. And it just so happens to be the cheapest, I did the afe drop in pro-dry filter.
I'll try and find that filter. Did some of the guys have a fitment issue with the tubing onto the throttle body? Did they solve that?

On another note, I will have my parents payed up on all my lift/wheels/tires by next month. So around income tax returns I'm probly going to do ARH headers and redo exhaust. Can't wait to open this baby up with LT's!

Summit sells the kit but idk if the Airaid filter is oiled or not. I never found out so I just went with the AFE
