As I said on IG, seeing some copper is common. IMO that seems like a bit much, good call on replacing them. My lq9 had the tinest bit, but i wasnt concerned. Its not totally uncommon for gm to Line Hone the cams on assembly.
I would be really concerned about that lifter tho. From personal experience ive seen that multiple times through the shop, and when the owner doesn't want a rebuild....they usually come back within the year for one. Problem is you don't know where it went. Now you said it isn't that bad...so i guess that's a gamble you'll have to take.
