06 GMC Build - I guess????

Just remove the DRL relay but keep the fuse in. Run a piggy back fuse from the DRL to the correct terminal on the headlight relay. I had this don't on my truck before i did the full DRL conversion

So that did away with the drl or allowed you to keep the drl and turn signal at the same time?

Did away with DRL since I removed the relay. But the DRL light remains lit when the parking lights were activated, stayed at full DRL power and did not flash with the turn signal

Mine works just like the factory one, one part is on as marker other part flashes

Each socket has 3 wires, mine had 2 that matched up, black to black, brown to brown, yellow to blue, normally there is loom on there. Pics are potatoesk but its starting to snow and I was cold. Hope these help, got a video also.

Well I was going to wait to order some switchbacks but the place I wanted them from happened to be having a Veterans Day sale.......so I ordered some switchbacks. They'll be here in a few days and I can play with the wiring.

Too easy, Just run a jumper wire from the DRL fuse to the Parking light fuse. Remove the DRL relay if you don't want the DRL function. If you keep it in. The parking lights will come on with the DRL and vice versa unless you install a resistor that only allows to flow of power one way

I am also running diodes for my 4 hi mod. I was looking at that this evening and I really need to heat shrink those wire jumpers I made.

Do I just go from 87 to 87 on a jumper to the parking lights from my drl?
