So guys I need your opinions on exhaust, i have the american thunder single in dual out cat back flowmaster on its not loud enough, my 18th birthday is coming up so im using that to justify truck parts, the question. Side pipe or keep it coming out the back?

No side pipes. 3 inch tubing with a borla xr-1 and an electric cutout. You won't want loud all the time. Single in single out.

I have calspeeds with 3" all the way back to an xr1.

Long tubes are on the to do list for sure. But right now im just meaning muffler. And tips and where they exit etc

And then make sure not to do your exhaust like that.
Cut it back to where it dumps over the axle, put a nice tip on it.

I was thinking to have it dumped, but ive heard that causes a lot of incab rattles etc and it might be a little to loud

After reading that, I realize how stupid i sound hahaha, I want it louder and loud when i step on it but I dont want it to sound like im at 5k rpm all the time. If that makes any sense

Tune the rev limit to be 4900rpm so then you'll never sound like 5k rpm.
