Gonna see how much sand blasting would be other wise Ill just look for a paintable one, saw one on rock auto for about 330 with shipping to me. Since apparently going to my local play ground and throwing it into the sandbox wont blast the chrome off.

Just make sure u put some silicone around the edge of the lens. Ebay lights tend to leak. Ask me how I know. :nerd:
With stock housings, go 35w hids. The housings have no real pattern and will just create a ton of glare, blinding the shit out of every other driver.

Oh I know to silicone them before I put them in, and I had 55w in my other truck and never really got flashed. Everyone around here either doesnt know how to drive or drives like an asshole haha
Lil update, cleared lights and 55w 4500k hids ordered, i got some silver star ultras for my high beams those are in, wood is cut for the new sub box just need time to work on it more. But now my tailgate doesnt open. I can pull the handle but it won't fold down. Which is weird because yesterday it worked fine. Will have to look into that soon. The hunt for someone who knows how to retrofit in my area has also begun

I was going to send my lights to him for retrofit but couldn't be down too long. He offered a set of lights for me to use in the mean time, also a great price.
In the end he got real busy, so instead of doing the retro, he walked me through it and gave me a lot of help.

I beleive there is another RCSB owner in your area with a turbo awd all black and lowered on intro twisted vistas. Not sure if he is a user on here yet or not, but his username is black04 on pt. He's stuck on some small island right now becoming a doctor or something though. But I'm sure he must know about all your local truck stuff.
Is that the truck with the exhaust through the fender? If it is, that's a naaaasty truck for sure.
