From just putting them on my truck, I think you need x12s or wider to pull off tows imo. With that being said, I'm keeping mine on more than likely until I get new wheels to see if the extra width pulls the look together but I don't like them as much as I was hoping. Odds are mine are coming off, especially if I can find someone to smooth and paint some dl3s for me.
maybe i will finally wash mine today. fixed the front end last night. just gotta get it aligned.
yea, i finally put in the tie rod ends and grade 8 bolts. def made the steering tighter again and no more steering clunk. i wanted to get it done before i drive to CT this weekend.
my alignment is way the fuck off, not the toe factor but the a arms, i hit some monster pot holes a few months ago, and needed to get the rod ends and shit changed before i had it aligned.
very happy. i got some super beefy tie rod ends made by FK from Mcmaster.
and the shoulder on the bolt should help with wear.
i have a complete sway bar bushing kit to still put on. prolly wont happen this week though

That's what I was afraid of. I'm not so much worried about how many people in Internet land are doing something I'm worried about if it looks good and right now I'm 50/50. The trucks here that have em look good

I think with yours being a ccsb it will look more proportional with the tows. I probably need more up and more wide to be able to pull them off on my rcsb.
I don't think you need more up, just wide. And I think you may be right, I may need x12 to pull em off
