agreed. Carrage bolts fit nicely in the square holes and are a much cleaner look. Spikes on all your bolts just make it look like your trying to hard

Will do. From what ive read, I like it over the FASS. It uses factory style connections instead of hose clamps. I went with the 165.

You have to cut them open with a dremel because the glue used on denali's melts at a higher temp than the projector housing will lol. Budrun and another member made how to's on it. I've done them and it's simple, just take your time.
Could you get a pic of how much the denali headlights stick out from the hood, like from the top? I want to know if my hood I'm cutting is right...

i could live with the denali lights without clearing to be honest, looks good either way.
