Actually I don't know how low it is. I know it goes to the bottom on the black textured part where the rear view mirror is.

Do you live North a Chicago by chance? We were at a gas station and a camped ZL1 identical to this came up. Ironically of the same time a blown mustang was there. Thought, hoped, there was going to be a stand off
