Ignore the fucky fender. Haven't been able to track down a clean used fender.
Still need to mess with the radiator support to see why the hood has that weird gap on the drivers side. Starting to think that hood hinge may be bent on that side.

Fuck all that white shit. :scared:

The spoken words of every body man there ever was that doesn't want to deal with the hassle of sanding the texture out.

That's way they make filler primer lol.

Both these whores, right before I thought I blew the C10 up lol. And my brother's POS

What did you do now?

What did you do now?

Cranked it up to charge up the battery, drove it around front, took that pic, started driving it around the neighborhood. About 100 yards down the road I hear a slight metallic sound and what almost sounds like a faint pop.

Thing starts running rough as hell, spitting and sputtering and belching black smoke. Turn around in the cul-de-sac and head back up the hill to my house. Was all I could do to get it to creep in first gear up to my driveway. Thought for sure it blew up. Broke a piston ring or dropped a valve. No bottom end noise though.

Pull it back into its spot around back, shut it off and take the air cleaner off. Don't see anything. Crank it up and try to rev it, won't go past like 1800. Start messing with linkages and shit. Turns out, the choke was stuck on. Was just fouling the hell out of the plugs lol

Lulz. I think the choke pull off broke. Oh well, warm weather's almost here so won't need a choke soon anyways. Just didn't wanna blow it up cuz our family reunion is at our house this year and the cousins that gave it to me will be here lol.

Was hoping to have some work done to it by then but oh well. Haven't even changed the oil, plugs, registered it or applied for a title change

Your argument is invalid, gm used 6.0L engines in their 4500-6500 trucks for 30+ years. Ever hear of the 366 Big Block? Being able to tow something has nothing to do with power and a lot more to do with gear ratios and final drive ratios. I can show you a 30hp tractor that will pull 60k lbs if it can keep traction.

But I believe you're referring to being able to get up to speed and do normal stuff like that while towing, which I can confidently say a 366 will never do. But it will certainly pull the same amount of weight as a dmax.

Ginger, do you daily drive this truck, or is it a nice weather kinda thing?

i drive it every day. through snow, salty roads, mud, shit its been brown for the last month due to everything thawing out.

Thought you did but wasn't sure, that's a shame you don't have an old beater to drive in the salt.

eh, its whatever. ive done the rockers and cab corners, so they should be fine for a while. i spray the salt off atleast once a week. i just dont give it a good bath when its really cool, just a pressure was off.

one day when i buy a dmax, this well be the beater lmao.
