Yes it is, think it's an easy fix though. I got some gas in a sketchy station a few days ago and hopefully it's just shitty gas. Truck still runs nice and strong so I'll run some seafoam through it and see what happens.

It was such an improvement over the old 78 grille :imo: Mine was a used piece, and the gray paint is rubbing off the chrome, but the chrome is all good. I haven't decided if I want to remove the rest of the gray paint off the chrome (it comes off somewhat easily, just a pain in all of the eggcrate portions) or buy a new reproduction from Top Banana since they are finally reproducing this grille.

Just treat yourself to a new one from top banana and ship that old flaky one to me to dispose of!

mine just did that. Mine was crank sensor. Probably shitty gas. I replaced filter/seafoamed and sensor. Runs great.

mine sputtered on me and died in friday traffic. Was gas brake dippin on its own.
