I am running the mcgaughys rear flip kit which got me 8.5" of drop after removing the z71 factory block. I need to raise the rear up at least one inch to level With the front. Can u just add a lift shackle and be done?

I measured and the drop actually came out to 7.25" Good eye! Lol

Zawzall or jigsaw. I wouldn't use anything with heat, you've got the brake lines on the driver side and gas tank close by.
