He's tucking in the rear about how mine was, and I was at 10" of drop.

Stock fender to hub is 19.5 front and 21.5 rear
So 6.5/9, sure it was on level ground? That definitely doesn't seem right

Seems right to me... what's the tire size on the rear juan?

Thats weird that im at 6.5/9
Up front is 2" spindles 3" springs and cut 2" more on them and rear flip kit, 2" shackles, and 2" blocks

Well drop parts dont ever measure out exact..my rear is flip, shackles, and 3" blocks..thats 11" and mine measures 9.5"

Yea it just barely sits in the notch so I dont think it is holding it up much

7 in the rear of the 99 rcsb. Having issues with axel casing hitting the bottom of the bed. Solutions?
