RCSB Derpamax Build

I vote no to a shaved gate handle. If you're going to be using it like a truck it wont take anytime at all to have it looking like shit, or broken. I could not have the handle sticking up that far on the inside of the tailgate with how I use my truck.

Everything else is looking great.

Still not a fan on the QS bed though.

^X2. A shaved gate wouldn't last long on a work truck. Just color match it and rock it IMO

Makes sense not to shave it since it will be a work truck but I still think shaved is the way I would go..maybe use obs handle inside since it is lower profile

Well we've got about 6" so far so I went to the shop and put my handles and mirrors together since I'll need to get up soo to plow anyways.

great attention to detail my man, good choice on the flake

Thanks! Its not perfect but for it being my DD and winter truck its plenty good.

Put the damn box on it, I want to see it with a full body

Please don't judge it with these wheels and the awful rake. lol.

The rear fenders makes me want to order a long travel kit and make it a pre runner

Looking good so far...

Is there a thread on how to fully disassemble tow's? If there isn't, you should make one...

There's a video in the crew cab build thread, look up Corny's youtube account.

If going shaved on the tailgate, you can make the obs handle and re-locator kit work with the nbs rods. Lots of guys have done it, because fuck having that huge handle sticking up in the middle of the tailgate.
