quick clean today and polished the preds and found way to many scratches and imperfections. I'm pretty upset. Will get pictures of all the bad tomorrow. pulled the plastic bedliner out as I am getting closer to having LineX sprayed. Hopefully I can pull the bed off and drop it off at the shop for the bedliner and take care of some frame cleaning/painting with the bed off. I'm hoping I can get rolling on some more upgrades soon including getting a 06 hood and esky's and having all the paint/body work done.

well you posted pictures of "mudding" so of course there will be imperfections, im getting ready to strip/coat my frame in the next couple weekends as well, and possibly do the bed.

:bishplz: that was from slow-poking through a wet field at the gun range. I am NOT going mudding with these wheels. they were fucked up before I put them on the truck but I didn't look at them before I sent them to get mounted so idk when they got scratched.

17mpg? Damn I dont know if its because my truck is so low but if I set my cruise at 70 I see consistent 20-23mpg on the highway

he isnt actually getting 17... i forget the actual formula and such but he has bigger tires and is covering more ground than the computer tells him he is, unless he has the speedo reconfigured...

marc, it isnt hard to trick the computer, i can reset it while going down the highway and lift and coast and it will say im averaging 50mpg

thanks guiz, no tune. I need to actually calculate what I'm getting for mpg. I was supposedly getting 12 when I had the grapps. my truck drinks gas like bohall drinks beer. I might be picking up a set of tx editions this week for the winter and putting the preds away until I get trail grapplers. we'll see how it goes..
