All depends on the wheels. Lots have reliefs cut into the backside of them the studs can protrude into. my OEM NNBS 20's have the cut outs, so I didn't have to trim for 1.5" spacers either

Because not everyone needs AFs :read: personal opinion here, but they're already played out. Everyone bought them because they were the new expensive polished wheel and honestly I dislike 9/10 of their wheel designs.

I'm 50/50 on them.i agree they're played out on 8 lug trucks but I never really see them on 6 lug trucks. And there's not much out there that I like in a chrome 20x12.
