got a new preheater hose the other day and installed it, got my door pins and bushings, couple new door strikers, and a new mirror switch.

they were shooting a movie up here (august osage county) starring meryl streep, julia roberts, juliette lewis, juliana nicholson, benedict cumberbatch, chris cooper, and ewan mcgregor. being produced by george clooney.
my moms friends husband is a bville cop and george clooney is the one who rode around in the lambo, now the lambo is still here sits in the same spot downtown, so i believe maybe the director or someone is driving it bc clooney and all the other stars have left bc they are done shooting the movie.
how do i know all this? they casted me in the movie as an extra and used me and my truck in scenes

finally found a denali on cl and asked about the console, guy says sorry its gone, then the next day he txts me and says hey the guy i sold the console too couldnt use it (for some reason about the cd changer in it) so i picked it up for 30 BUCKS for the whole console! thing looks awesome just needs a cleaning and paint it to match my grey interior!
need to fix the rear cupholder and figure out some sort of cover for the back controls on it since i dont need them,
i took the front part off and wasnt sure what all i need to keep in here.

Look into SEM for the paint. They make all kinds of interior specific paints with different finishes to match the stock color & finish.
got the bose "sub" case opened and tested it and it works! gotta figure out how to test the cd changer.

good point, or i can try to work it out (went to votech in hs for auto collison repair). i have a pop a dent type kit that i can use and try to get that and some door dings and a couple hail dents out and try.

not yet! glad i havent due to this heater vent issue or id have to pull the console out since im having to shove my hand in box directly below the middle of the dash so i can try to get this vent door back in. Also havent had luck finding the colormatched grey SEM paint to match my light grey interior!
You might give Coachworks a call. Be worth a shot. They're north of Autozone.
