I like stock silvy 17s on obs 4x4 TBH, cheap upgrade also.

idk what to do im kinda bouncing back and forth as far as whether to get dif rims or not, bc later on once i get a lift im gonna want dif wheels and tires again.
basically its second guessing myself and asking myself why buy dif rims now if im gonna get dif ones when i finally get a lift? why not just save up buy the rims i want with tires then lift or vise versa
 
If you can swing wheels now do it imo oem wheels hold their value pretty good if you keep them in good shape..always seeing people wanting to trade for stocks plus cash
 
it all depends on how much lift your going to get. if its less then 6" you can roll around on the nbs stockers for a while, they wont look bad.

i keep asking myself what i really want, i started wanting 6inch rcx with 3 inch bl now i kinda just want a 10" lift im just being indecisive, but for a 10" im clueless what brand to go with and havent priced em. I know they are gonna probably be doubled what the 6inch rcx + a bl would be.
 
well ive been leaning towards a 6 inch rcx more then any and i was thinking about running 35s.

sidenote i came across a guy who had a lifted obs with 35s said he was running stock gears and its not necessary to change gears.....

Necessary no....ideal yes and it will help save the trans so $1000 to regear and probably never have different trans issues than stock guys or put 2-3 $1000-1500 transmissions then $1000 for gears
 
thats exactly what i thought he was all saying oh check online everywhere says its alright without a regear (in my head i was thinking this guys a fucking idiot and is gonna fuck up his trans) and glad to see i was right lol
 
THE TIME HAS COME!!!!

haha sorry so i will be picking this up this upcoming thursday dec 6th. to cleanup and paint and then buy the nbs 4x4 floor shift trim piece as well as the nbs 4x4 shift rod, then i will start the esky console install like 95BlackTahoe's (user on gmt400) install!

guy says cupholder should still be intact, imo console looks to be in good shape, ill be getting all the mounting hardware too all for 108 and some change!!!

hopefully my end result will be similar to this
