got a call from the insurance adjuster guy. will be around tuesday afternoon to look at it. told him a short blurb of what happened and what the cops told me, damage, etc. he knows the shop owner well he said that im taking it to, so im still trying to see if thats a good or bad thing.

Not that it's a huge deal but if you get I higher payout put the Japanese parts on and use th money left over for mods
Driving this piece of shit 256k mile work truck till I find out tonight from the adjuster if I can get a little shit box rental car.

That sucks dude. Maybe keep the money and look for a used set or aftermarket?
I don't think they're doing the entire already colormatched kits anymore. GMPD has ready-to-paint end caps with fog lights, you'll probably have to order those, the harness, and the dash switch all separately.

what i thought too. parts guy at the dealer looked up a fog light kit for an 07 and said the kit was discontinued but replacement parts are still available. gona probably have to look salvage or aftermarket.
side note, insurance basically wrote up everything i said. wheel, center cap, axle, bearing, tie rod, fender liner, and bumper cap. hes outside doing the paperwork now ill find out in a bit what im getting. james you dont have the original receipt for them wheels do you? I just gave him a ballpark figure for 300-400 for replacement if they still make that size/color combo.

got the breakdown. check for $1127.80 which includes the $100 deductable. steering parts are coming from napa he said, he found the wheel on autoanything.com for 250 bucks. not sure if its the same size or not but whatever. someones gona get a new wheel and a busted one when i sell them.
