I didnt, paid someone to do it. The whole thing was only like 130 plus shipping for everything. Wasnt worth my hassle to diy

Yep, hes in the Buffalo NY area so was only a few days for me. And he did them the day he got them

No major update, just threw the Denali bezel I grabbed from Dakota in yesterday. Its a shade off and I knew it would be as GM never made a Denali/Esky in very dark pewter. But it matches the Esky shifter and to be honest I kind of dig the contrast enough that I may grab the leather wrapped dash grab in the same color. Figure the more of it there is the lest out of place it looks.

Still plan on doing 4hi, and have also decided to try and find the white whale of Escalade parts - the HVAC vents with the chrome tab in the middle. They only came on the Platinum editions and I haven't had any luck finding them easily. So if you see them let me know ASAP
