Choosing HIDS

Yeah those 100w ballast are gonna melt those projector bowls from the bulbs. i was reading about the MH1 v5.0 and they dont like even the 55w kits much.

I ordered my MH1 v5.0 with some 5K bulbs this morning. I have the plates from Ri22o sittin in the basement, so hopefully this weekend I'll be a cool kid with REAL HIDs.

So who sales a cheaper but quality set of hids? These $150-$300 kits are way to much and it's not that worth it to me... help me out guys.

I would say wherever you buy your kit from buy also a relay

I had hids for atleast for a year from DDM 12k lows & fogs and never had any problems and didn't have relays, I bout them back when they were quality made for a great price only sold them cause I made a killing off them... now I'm redoing my light setup completely with all leds and a buncha junk.

Sweet, looks like I will order my kits from them.. is anyone running hids in their reverse lights? Or would some cheap leds do fine.. hoping to go all led too.
