Got the rear end back. Bolts moser supplied for the diff girdle are wrong thread so tomorrow i gotta get some new ones. Working on bleeding the brakes now
Well narrow the rear end, and make new brake lines for the axle is all that is needed. Also a set of custom axles. Moser makes them and turns them around in 2 days, really quick
Now on my truck I have dual piston rear suburban brakes, so when the axle was cut the end flange needed to be roated 17 degrees on each side. This moved the caliper up, so that it could clear the leaf springs. If you look at my rear calipers they sit higher then a stock silverado's caliper.
Now i also cleaned, coated, and painted everything while it was apart. Also put all new bearings and seals in the rear when it was apart.
