Good deal man. He spoke with insurance today. Still no word from the guy who was driving the Yukon, but we'll see. He was supposed to refund me my money today, but so far nothing. And at this point, I'm not making any arrangements to meet him today. I've already started cooking and enjoying my weekend. Hopefully he makes it right on Monday or something. Worst part is I work partial nights...

I'm not sure. It wasn't damaged when the shop got it. Now it is. Tellow.paint. vertical dent. Lools.like a barrier pole.
Surprise. My latest package from hector showed up yesterday with some various parts, but no arms or upper mounts. Says they will be here by Thursday. I have no co fidence they will show up. When they don't I will be getting my money back that PayPal has for en from his account.
So he has paypal? I need to text him and make him pay me through paypal for my refund. I tried meeting with him Wednesday, he didn't have it. Then Friday...no money at 4 when we were supposed to meet. He text me later that evening saying he finally had it. But by that time I wasn't trying to get out and go meet. I had dinner going. Although the money is important, I wasn't going to drop everything I was doing.

I still cant believe that he is making it go through his employees insurance and not his shop. he must not have any.

Yes, I guess he wants to drag it through civil court. Sad part is, he will have to pay the court fees, and my money. Would be way cheaper to just pay me my $150 and walk-away/move on.
Of course my arms didn't show up again today. Second time he has said he sent them and they got lost, neither time has he been able to find the tracking #. Luckily Paypal has already taken the money from his account and is waiting on me to send the random shit he sent back, then they will put it back in my account.
