Allstate called, to take down some info, but they still have yet to talk with the guy at fault so they can send payment to USAA. Today makes a week, and still no word on my refund.
 
Piss in a milk jug for a few days until its full. Throw said jug on his front door step but make sure it breaks/splits open.
 
I won't resort to any retaliation besides the legal system and word of mouth. My luck, my house or truck would get fucked with. But I wouldn't be opposed to letting the dogs get a few chunks of buttocks if need be. Good thing we have 3 alarm systems, pit bulls, alarm company, and an angry asian wife.
 
visiting these asian countries and pretty much living half the year over there already...I think that is what I would fear the most
 
story of my life jared. my police report didnt match my insurance report. so im found reliable. this is the same officer that accepted a fake license and insurance car from a lady in my last accident.
hope all your stuff comes out ok. when we get all our shit fixed. well have a mini meet and cry about it together lol
 
What shop fucked your truck? I remember us talking about it, but I recall it being that other place I was going to take it to.

I really hope I get my money tomorrow, but something tells me I am wishful thinking. He said he was waiting on payment from another job to pay me. Still pissed that a few guys on pt.net think this was a made up story, or a partial story.

Honestly, she is quite the marksman. Her dad got her comfortable with guns at an early age.

Back on topic, still nothing today. I can't get a rental unless I pay out of pocket, and HOPE I get reimbursed at a later date.

This is a clusterfuck, I'm paying my deductible for now and having the truck fixed. Fuck waiting. I bet this guy doesn't even have insurance on his business.
 
Damn!! Hope this works out nothing worse than shady shops. I lost $3,000 to a shop that was supposed to do a high compression engine rebuild with domed pistons, port/polish, etc. All I got was a some port and polish work and that's it. Never was able to find the guy, he closed shop and left town over the next few days, even took rental lifts with him. The guy was probabaly knocked off with all the stuff he stole and people he screwed over, from what I heard from the cops.
