Bagged NBS Thread (99-07c) Pics & Discussion 123123

That's when it was. I'm sure there are a ton all over the Internet. I've been to 15 shows in the last 2 years from Indianapolis to tunica and St. Louis to morristown, tn(pretty much Virginia)

5 more weeks and my bitch is rolling in the shop, two days after my last final... Cause the day after ill probably wake up still hammered at 1 pm

Getting anxious, I've had all the parts for 10 months and the truck for 8 months

1 1/4 or 1.5

did you cut through the bracing on the bedfloor above the tank?

I just looked back through your pics and it doesn't look like the back was raised hardly any.
As of these pics. the front member hasn't been raised at all and the mounting point of the rear tank crossmember above the tank hasn't been raised either.

brett, is it safe to assume that most 275/30/24's have a OD of 30.50? How stretched will that tire look on a 10" wide wheel? I'd like to set the truck up for a 275/30/24 since thats the tire size I'd like to run when I find billets.

depends on tire brand, my kumhos are wider than my buddies hankooks and they're both 275/30/24 on 24x9.5. its not much but it is noticeable. My kumho's actually set right under 31" on my wheels. on a 10" wheel they would be closer to 30.50 like they mathmatically say. do all your measuring off 31.5" and you should be good no matter what you do.

Brett I'm trying to send you a PM right now but it says you have a full inbox. I lost your number or I would text you it.

I cleaned it out and sent you my number. this kills me only having a 50 message limit. I'll run that 4-5 days.

Brett we plasma cut that crossmember out and raised it
Cut a moon out the top of the pipe for it to move up then took that pc to fill in the bottom
If that makes since

the thing is though, in order to raise the tank 1.5" you have to notch all the braces under the bed so the tank can set flat against the bed floor. that's why I asked if all the bed braces where cut through. I only have about 1/4" clearance from my tank to the ground, but I have never scraped my frame, so that's more than enough room for me. out of my 7 years of driving only, 2 of those years have been in a non bagged vehicle. So I have a pretty good grasp of how I'm sitting in relation to the ground.
