2014 Chevy Cruze: Budget build thread

needs HIDs and the marker light needs to be clear and then its done !!!!! looks great man best looking cruze yet IMO

Sorry mark no HID's but def need to do something about the side markers. Either smoke them to match the bow ties or clear and remove the plasti dip.

bet it rides harsh as fuck being maxed, still looks REALLY good!

I have never owned a static lowered vehicle before so I have nothing to compare it to. It is def stiffer than stock and handles like a dream. Just wish it had 100+ more HP at the wheels.

Got the 3/16" spacers on. Front could use a little more but I would have to run adapters, and that's not gonna happen.

I'm done putting $$$$ into this thing for a while. Gonna rack up a few more km (got int at the end of Feb and I'm already at 15,000km!!!!), then add a few of the power adders it needs so badly!

Which drivetrain you talking about? I only wish it was 6 speed Manual diesel.
DNW 2.2, 2.4 or 1.8L

Also thank everyone for your compliments.

Yea they should have offered it with a 2.0 turbo like the cobalt ss. They are pretty powerful.

My buddy is finishing up his stage 3 clutch, and aluminum race flywheel in his now. Killed it in under 50K running 22PSI. I LOVE the look of this thing though....

thanx again guys. And as for the 2.0L, I know nothing about it, but this little 1.4L have been getting praised left right and center. Guys are adding 100HP to them running min 20lbs of boost, hasn't affected reliability as of yet. best part is if I get a mild tune and keep it aroun 60HP instead of 100 I will actually see an improvement in MPG. Best I have gotten thus far is 50.1MPG (US gallon). That was 1/3 interstate @75MPH and the other 2/3 was country back roads @ 55MPH. It was a full tank going to and from work.
