07 classic vmax build thread

Haven't done a whole lot lately on the truck. Just been driving it. I did add a 4wd lower valence

Also picked up a tbss engine cover, need to find the mounts that bolt to the intake so I can put it on. Still need to do my underhood lights too lol. Going to go to the junkyard tomorrow and find a fuse box cover, and look for the parts to do a hydro boost swap too. Truck needs a good cleaning too lol

Nitrous outlet fogger kit installed, all hidden under the tbss engine cover. Just have 100 shot jets in it now till I can afford a new fuel pump. Hopefully next paycheck I'll order a walbro 400. Would go with a 255 but I want to go ahead and get one big enough for a mild turbo build when I get to that point. Then I will run a 150 shot. Installed some br7ef plugs and pulled 2* of timing for 100 shot. Still need to get it tuned for real because it's super rich right now.

Also going to wrap the fgt red intake tube in heat wrap because I hate the red lol.

Fogger is a dry shot right? And how are you pulling the timing if you still need a proper nitrous tune?

No it's a wet kit. I know the basics on hptuners, enough to give it a safe rich tune. So I fucked with it a little to get it close and not blow up lol

If wet kit then u needs a tb plate dual stage with a standalone fuel system. Dfwwww

But fer srs. You can build your own stand alone fuel system for under 300. I'm not sure if the tb plate has that much benefit over a single or dual nozzle

I've thought about it. Don't really want to fuck with it lol. The plate kit is like $300 so probably will stick with nozzle

:mynga: still need to order hids. Kinda on the bottom of my list though lol. Truck needs new brakes, and pretty much all new front end. All under warranty though so it's free lol.

It's been doing some weird shit lately. When I'm stopped, and like leave a stop sign or something turning to the left, it like hops and shakes real bad. Turning right it's fine. Only does it sometimes though. Did it earlier today and just tried again and it won't do it. Does it in reverse too. Kinda feels like the rear end is locked up cause it will chirp the tires too on the inside tire when turning. Fuckin g80 taking a shit probably lol.
