Because you're in Texas, where shit doesn't freeze up to hell and back. I'm not even installing them, my buddy is because I have no time. Parts have been sitting in my room collecting for 5 months. He couldn't get the froze bolts out and didn't want to risk banging on them & denting the bed. So he pulled it as a safeguard and easier access

my TB took one good hit and they were out. and the shackles werent bad, on mine, my dads truck we had to melt the one bushing out
