Your vehicles as they sit now!

The customer is always right. If I paid that much money for a set of billets and they screwed up the order the first time, I'd expect that they would jump through hoops to get me the right order as expeditiously as possible. They seem to have an air of arrogance that they're a premium brand and they are entitled to people buying wheels from them.

But it's been almost a constant from them it seems.

Fucking this right here.

Depends on who you talk to I guess. Plenty of extremely happy customers, including myself.

I sell them. Are they flawless? No. But if there is ever a problem they've always taken care of it immediately.

I mean aside from them overnighting wheels (which won't happen) or giving the guy a free set of wheels, what do you really think is reasonable to make things right? Calling and yelling will get you nowhere. (Not sayin that's what tuck has done, I'm just speaking in general terms).

Ultimately we are only hearing one side of the story. So it's really hard to base judgement. I'll just stand neutral and leave it at its a shitty situation and sucks that it hasn't been resolved. Hate hearing anyone having any issues with any aftermarket company. But it happens I guess.

Reminds me of the same shit crescendo does.
Take orders, when they don't even have the material to produce ordered product, use money from backed up orders to purchase materials to make product.
Take months to deliver.

I get the fact that they don't want to shelf finished wheels for inventory (well actually no I dont)
But to not even have raw material in stock to cut the wheels is ridiculous.
I called and asked AF what the fuck was up with them taking 6+ weeks just to get material in, and when it can be expected.
1st call they hung up right after answering, may have been an accident, so I called back. The answer I got was "uh I don't know we are still waiting on blanks, should be sometime soon, I'm not sure though"
Seems like a half ass ran company, who forget they charge almost $1000 per wheel. I can say I'm not real pleased with them. I ordered on 12/15, my wheels are set to arrive monday.

What's left of the ice by work. We keep getting flurries and it's supposedly snowing pretty good north of here. It needs to hit hard here so I can go hoon!

Not yet, waiting till I get my colormatching done to update sig. Contemplating pulling flares when it warms up for more wide if my paints ok underneath :secret:

Lil truck got some kinda love today courtesy of my homie Colton at the body shop. New front liners and bed caps. Still need rear liners and now some coopers and I'll be happy
