Did a little heavy hauling yesterday, well for a halfton anyways.
First load of the day was our spray tractor, John Deere 2240, towed it 20 miles to a new planting field. Then returned home and picked up our 4wd forklift to bring it back up the same 20 miles to another client's field for spreading stakes. Trailer weighs in at 4k empty, forklift is right around 10k, so safe to say I was pulling 14k behind a 1500, and my truck weighs 6k the way it sits, full tank too, so we were at 20k gross. Definitely a great way to test out the new 14 bolt.
