Your vehicles as they sit now!

Probably for the same reasons someone buys a DD, lowers it, then sells all the lowered shit for cheap to lift, then wants to go back low?

I bought it as a truck, not necessarily a DD in the beginning. I had no idea what I was going to do with it. Time progressed, I wanted low, then more low, then a nice drive-able low with coilovers and tubs.

I ALSO DRIVE QUITE A BIT FOR WORK, which is why I decided to buy a cheaper DD for gas purposes and keep the mileage off my low mileage truck. I also travel in areas that I would rather not have my truck parked at for 4-8 hours while I am working at that particular location.

Oh, and how it sits

oh, and no offense taken, just clarifying. Seems I'm being asked 50x's a day what's up with the truck.

Sounded a little butt hurt there, lashing out at others choices, was just wondering is all. Also, just clarifying, I'm not lowering, was thinking about it, but just leaving it the fuck alone.

Take the last thing you said...and apply it to what I said to you. All I did was give you a scenario such as the one you gave. I mean...mostnof us who enjoy this hobby do the same thing. Peyton, Brett (bagged), Brandon...etc etc etc.

Nothing at all wrong with turning a car into a toy then buying another one.

anyone know the average cost for full rocker replacement, mines bad lol. almost at gregs level

Haha, if you get them both fully cut out and welded back in, it's like 800-1400 depending on the shop and what kinda hookups ya got from when I remember reading when i looked it up a while back.

Prolly better off just cutting the rot out and throwing one of them slip on style covers over it and weld that on. Theyre only like 300 for both iirc??

Hmm dunno, I left the driveway without looking at it. It was parked in front of a manhole so possibly. I'll be heading home soon, I'll look if it's still there

funny thing is, I bought the Z71 to drive during the winter and so I could take my time when I do something to the bagged truck, but I bought it after the truck was pretty much complete. I drive the Z71 maybe 3 months a year total.

I do this because I love it. thats why I'm doing this avalanche for free and do others truck for next to nothing. I don't the money to build multiple trucks and there is almost no market in my area to do it as a form of income. So I help others that want a vehicle truely unique to them and don't have the means and/or skill to create it.

I've got a few people in my town that don't like me to much because I do things they charge much more for and do some things they don't do.

where is that located at? yeah what it does the hose goes down into a manhole to break up blockages in the pipe and sucks it out if its a combo truck. could have been another truck up/down the road as a camera truck. that definatly is our truck i can tell by the bar and the rest on the side, its like this:

Tuckerton, NJ. He was down the street at the next manhole when i just passed. He was parked diagonally taking up 1.5 lanes so i was watching the trees and curb more than the truck as i passed, but think it said 'video piping Co'? Or video tubing Co. I forget already after 5 mins lol

just edited my post^^

probably "video pipe services, inc." out of newfield. they are all the same color, like 12 companies within this big company.
