Probably for the same reasons someone buys a DD, lowers it, then sells all the lowered shit for cheap to lift, then wants to go back low?
I bought it as a truck, not necessarily a DD in the beginning. I had no idea what I was going to do with it. Time progressed, I wanted low, then more low, then a nice drive-able low with coilovers and tubs.
I ALSO DRIVE QUITE A BIT FOR WORK, which is why I decided to buy a cheaper DD for gas purposes and keep the mileage off my low mileage truck. I also travel in areas that I would rather not have my truck parked at for 4-8 hours while I am working at that particular location.
