Build little off road camper trailer, 6’ box with slide out counter for a kitchen and storage areas, mount tent to top
weight up top. It wasnt terrible but it also put me in some precarious positions. If i didnt like to go fast, it wouldnt be an issue. Im growing to the 3.5 race kit now to have 3-4" more travel and 120lbs on the roof wont help anything.
Personally also got tired of not being able to move the vehicle once reaching my destination. There were times where i wanted to go quickly somewhere or take pics and couldnt move.
Had fun loading my snap on box onto this 20 foot long trailer. After 4 years at a dealership I got a hell of an offer to run a shop for a used car lot that’s been taking all the our business away.

Mostly poor management. But the strike put a hurting on us getting parts. Instead of next day it was next week or not at all. And the constant warranty time cuts really nailed the coffin shut. New job is 11 more an hour to do the same thing plus pay for my gas and 2 week paid vacation.

Good luck to you sir. Sounds like they offered in all the right places. This strike has killed my income the last few week's. I had an offer that i passed on a month or two before the strike. Really wish i didn't now. It was through Midas, so weekends were mandatory, but was hourly pay and employer paid healthcare. It just seems like a sinking ship right now. Getting screwed every way possible it seems. The guy I’ll be working for now blew my phone up about coming to work for him one night. Told him I’ll swing by after work and we can talk about it. Really glad I did. I don’t like riding my guarantee at all. And that’s what the next few weeks were looking like

You were offered a guarantee? Im just floating by on what large jobs i still have that have been down here for a few weeks. Just got part's for an atsv pan reseal. To find out the pan has porosity. Unavailable from GM.

Yeah. I was the only one with any gm training whatsoever. The other guy was from Nissan. So I did all the warranty work
