What enclosure?

I couldn't figure out how to get it to work right with that sub. It just sat too close to the carpet, and the sub didn't like it. I ended up destroying the rubber.

Putting some pegs on the bottom would help, BUT, when sitting back there, you already get the magnet up your ass.

yes, WAS...too much excursion, it didn't last long. Replaced it, but decided not to risk it again. Took it all out and sold the sub.

jared, He did tell me he HAS to build the box to clear/allow 2" of excursion.

Now that i have the subs in i see why!
He also did mention about the seats firming up alot, but i could raise the seat if needed. I told him just build it and if i need to raise the seat a little i will

So after waiting 2 weeks and no sight or word on my box I decided to call. To my surprise no answer, then minutes later i received a call that apparently I missed. Also got a text message from them apologizing for them missing my call.

I called back, he said my box will be shipped tomorow. A+ customer service so far. Haven't dealt with many where they will call back without a voice-mail much less text.

I have the 06 LD CC subthump box and stuffed it with 2 Sd-2's.
I removed the rubber ring on the magnet and opened up the recess in the box 1/4" on the sides.
The sd's dropped right in.
I also had to raise the box 1" to clear the surrounds from the floor.
Here is my thread over at GMF.
