Hood was a good improvement. I say just paint to match.
Is the factory toyota paint that crappy? Seems odd on a vehicle that new but on the 96 tacoma I had the clear was the same. One day there, the next day gone lol.

I'm going this weekend to see what I'll be quoted. Toyota had paint issues from 94-05 but it's also blue and i think the previous owner left it outside all the time. The hood is definitely the worst of it all.

That's how my 03 hood was. Started like the 2nd picture and next thing I knew there was basically no clear across the front and down the sides.

Painted the grille for now. Blends in much better.

I got a duplicate last week. The idiot sent the wrong one again. I hope to have by Wednesday.

Finally wrap colors came in. Not matching but I do like these colors.
