Before he modded it, he had to hold it down to turn off traction control. Now all he has to do it hit it once and it stays off, leaving both hands free to be on the wheel.

I want to engage and disengage the VSC. Which essentially will be grounding the VSC trigger wire from the 4x4 module. I personally don't want to hold the button while I'm off-roading to keep VSC disengaged. So I need an on/off type switch. Some people have used a toggle switch but I wanted something a little more OEM.

I'm doing this so my VSC (vehicle stability control) will stop nannying my vehicle while I'm off-roading. In sand, snow, loose dirt if the vehicle is not in CenterDiffLock mode where it automatically turns off VSC it will kill engine power when it feels the wheel slip until it regains traction. I was messing around in the snow a few weekends ago and pulled out of a side street, which was wet so my wheel slipped and my engine power went basically into limp mode while pulling on to a main highway with oncoming traffic. Not ideal. Plus this will help in Pismo where I don't need my center differential locked but don't want to be governed by the VSC.

Gotcha, I forget that wife's TB has all that crap sometimes and I'm like wtf, so used to :fgtjeep: now and I don't even have abs in that

Yeah when we go to copper harbor we are hitting fire roads at high rates of speed. Makes it very unpredictable

Wired it up tonight.

Works as designed. Diff is open but VSC is off. Can't wait to truly test it out.

I blew a coilover seal while out in Pismo so I had the Icons rebuilt. While being rebuilt I had them adjust my rebound and revalve a little for me. Also replaced that cv boot.

While the coilovers were out I added new super bumps. Cool little bumpstops that assist rebound and some compression. I had to space them a bit as they compress 1/4" more than factory.

Recently just did a complete LED swap for my gauges, hvac and my accessory switches. Went from Toyota orange to a cool white.
