very good thing to have, my runners in my manifold were very oil fouled before i cleaned em

Yup I have one. I got a generic Billet one, and mocked it up with hose

Yea I got a Mike Norris billet catch can on my '08.

This is what I drained out of it the first time after putting it on.

What do these help with? or do?

Catches any oil that circulates from the PCV valve into the intake. I've read they are of more use and good on FI setups. This thread has some great information to it... Catch Cans Again - PerformanceTrucks.net Forums
