yeah at the local track there is a 5.0 with full exhaust it sounds bonerrific. and for stock wheels they look pretty good. if your going to change the setup dont go with other mustang wheels, save up for something nice.

Ok, so I know before that we pretty well decided that I need to stick to stock wheels for the time being....but I wanna hear what y'all would do. I'm driving myself crazy trying to decide, and gotta do something soon cuz my rears are stupid low lol.

Basically, instead of just doing tires on my stockers (which I'm beginning to hate, and REALLY want these wheels for some reason) and doing ALL my suspension stuff, I'm leaning toward doing wheels/tires and only getting it dropped for now. It all will get done soon enough, just thinking about changing up the order of parts ordering

Option 1-
(2) 275/40/19 Hankook V12s and stick with stock wheels- ~520
-Tokico D-spec fully adjustable struts/shocks- ~650-700 (on clearance right now for 580 at one place)
FRPP K-springs (1.5" drop, keeps some rake in the car)- ~220
Front upper strut mounts- ~55
Camber bolts- ~40
Adjustable upper control arm- ~180
Adjustable lower control arms- ~260
Lower control arm relocation brackets- ~150
Adjustable panhard bar- ~150
Total ~2200

Car would look like this

Option 2-
19x9.5 SVE Drifts Black- ~600
blackdrifts_zps63017ea6.jpg

(4) Hankook V12 285/35/19- ~1060
FRPP K-springs- ~220
Upper strut mount- ~55
Camber bolts- ~40
Adjustable panhard bar- ~150
Total ~2125

Car would look like this

I drool over this picture-abso-fucking-lutely perfect stance
Kspringssgreen_zps206da7bf.jpg

Option 3
Same as number 2, but only buy 2 tires for the rear and just swap over my 255/40s for the front for the time being...and maybe buy a couple more suspension goodies
Total ~1625

Sorry for the long ass post, but I'm racking my brain trying to decide....

^Had em on my old car and I love those wheels! But they won't fit over my Brembo brakes unless I go to twankies :tableflip: DNW twankies. Thought about going 18s in the SVE Drifts cuz they'll clear, but I like the shorter sidewall of the 19s, and they're still light.

Old car with FRs. Never shoulda sold it :bawl:

Option 1 imo, because I dislike black wheels, and those don't look good on that green stang to me.

It's actually kinda ironic that I'm liking these. I normally hate, HATE black wheels. Burn em with fire. But for some reason I'm really digging these

Option two, looks sick as fuck. Usually dont like black but it will go good with your body color
That's what I'm thinking. Normally I hate black wheels and I think it's because the wheels are always darker than the tires. But with this color, the wheels will match all the black trim and the tires will either be black to match or grayish to match the car. I'm gonna do little red accents too, red brake calipers, might do the center cap lettering in red, etc

yup thats sounds good, super quiet on idle, but upon accelration it sounds nice.

I would do option too,the offset of those wheels is much better then stock, and black will look good with the grey color. Tose other suspension options can be added down the road

Gahhhhh that car looks good, wish I could've afforded a Boss. I'm working a shit ton right now cuz inventory is coming up at work, so gonna see how the next check is, and what my refund ends up being before I pull the trigger. Working on trading mufflers tho, found a guy willing to trade straight for some Roush's. They're raspier/tinnier sounding and that's what I'm wanting. These Kooks are good and all, just deeper than I like

Oh hai, sweet 4x4 ya got there! She won't look like this much longer :happeh:

Eibach Sportlines, J&M camber plates

Springs are 1.7"/2.3" drop front/rear. Even came with new rear bumpstops. Anybody have any idea why they'd come with 3 sets of isolators on each rear spring?

J&M camber plates. I've never bought anything from them before, but I'm impressed. These are really quality pieces.

Should look like this when done. Probably gonna try to either wrap 2 or 3 of the rear isolators around each others on the rear springs to bring it up just a nut hair. That way the rear won't squat when I add my sound equipment.

Planning on ordering Strange 10-way adjustable struts/shocks, BMR adj UCA, LCAs (can't decide if I should get the adjustables or not), LCA relocation brackets, and adjustable panhard bar tomorrow night. Then install them next weekend hopefully

I can't wait! Gonna be a scrapin' muh-fugger again lol. My old car wasn't that low and scraped like a bitch, we'll see how this goes. I just started a new job, so that's why I decided to go ahead and do all the suspension now. Hopefully I'll get wheels with my refund check....

Ever seen that stang on stanceworks?

I would do the front end swap on a mustang if I was going to buy one, I dont like the rears on the new ones... he's not finished yet about to make all the fenders and everything line up like stock..
