in reality, you want the smallest block you can. A shackle flip would be sweet. i want to do one to my truck
Yeah I had a little bit of axle wrap but I put a leaf spring clamp on and it helps a lot. I'm thinking about buying 6" lift springs instead of a block or shackle flip or aal.
shackle flip will give the same ride, more flex, and lift. just so you know, but it does involve cutting off the stock shackle mount from the frame.
Ok, changed my mind again and I'm getting the tires this weekend. I'm getting 295/70/18 nitto terra grappler. Now my question is this, is it really necessary to regear? I have a 5.3/6speed/3.42 And when I say necessary I meant is it gunna blow my tranny and grenade my g80? I'm not heavy on the gas either.
